The line stretched up to Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. People, even those who were'nt born yet during EDSA 1 and Ninoy's assasination, were queing the entire day just to pay their last respects to Cory. There were coffee stalls on the sidewalk and a lot of taho selling people on the streets.
Intramuros was beautiful too. The walled city emphasized how rich this nation's history is, and that you're actually taking part in it.
Save for the litters here and there caused by the mass of people, it was an overwhelming sight.
